Caramuru Kennel was established by Fernanda Barlow in 2006 with the help of the Kennedy family. Fernanda immediately fell in love with a puppy (Spit Fire). That same day she decided to make the relationship the start of a new beginning.
Fernanda approach is focused on showing, developing champions, as well as quality companions.
On this website you will meet Caramuru champions, offspring and
our lovely puppies.
All Caramuru's dogs are tested for deafness ( Brain
Auditory Evoked Response - BAER), genetic eye disease (Canine
Eye Registration Foundation - CERF) and
Preliminary Patella Evaluations.

JUNE 25TH 2009- RIGBY took BOS & G4
RIGBY won her second major and a
Group 4 today!!!
Having her 2 majors and the total of 12 points, Rigby is very close to finish.
JUNE 24TH 2009- BPG2 & BOB for RIGBY
RIGBY took the breed winning 2 more
points. She was won the Best Puppy in Group 2!!!.
JUNE 2009- BOS & BOW
RIGBY won has frist major (4pts) at the Specialty today.
APRIL 17TH 2009- BOB for RIGBY
RIGBY went BOB over a special her first weekend out from the puppy class.
AUGUST 07TH 2009- LINCOLN
LINCOLN is no longer co-owned by Fernanda Barlow.
By AKC decision Lincoln can only have 1 owner and 3 co-owners.
JUNE 28th 2009 - GISELE
Another WB and BOW to GISELE. She needs now 1
major to became a Champion.
JUNE 26th 2009- GISELE TOOK WB & BOW
GISELE is back in the ring and she is proving herself!! Today she was the WB and BOW at the Hockamock Kennel Club in Wrenthan - MA.
JUNE 13 - NEW CHAMPION
Mr. Moo finished today with three 4pt majors and a BOB over top ranked specials.
JAN 10th 2009 -They did it again!
Gisele took Group 3 in the Non
Sporting Bred By Exhibitor group.
Mr. Moo took Winners dog and Best of Winners, again.
Moo only needs 1 point to finish his championship.
JAN 09th 2009 -Fergie, and Moo
Fergie kicked things off and wins WB and BOS at the Greater Lowell KC in
Fitchburg.
Mr. Moo today took Winners Dog and Best of Winners.
Congratulations Mr. Moo, and Fergie! We are very proud!!
NOV 23RD 2008 -Mr. Moo goes to the head of the class today!!!
Moo won another 4 points as WD/BOW at
the Springfield show.
Moo has now 12 pts, with 3 majors in a very short time!! Congratulations Mr. Moo, you made us all very proud!!
OCT 19th 2008 -MOO'S GRAND OPENING
Our boy Moo kicked things off with a big win at the show in Springfield.
At his very first show, he was Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed, winning a 4 points major over 2 specials.
Moo is only 7 months old and we have high hopes for this little guy. Congratulations, Mr. Moo!
